Paid Services: For any paid products or premium readings, the following refund policy applies:

Digital products (including PDF reports and email-delivered readings) are non-refundable once delivered, as they are personalised and immediately accessible upon purchase
If you have not received your paid product within the stated delivery window, please contact us at contact@claudiapsychic.com and we will resolve the matter promptly
In exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be considered at the sole discretion of IMC Universal Ltd

Subscription services (where applicable) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
